Being productive as a student helps in so many ways.
Productivity as a student would not only help academically but also
make you reduce or terminate distraction "One way to boost our will
power and focus is to manage our distractions instead of letting them
manage us."- Daniel Goleman
TIPS
1. How you use social media
Social medias were suppose to make us productive, but with distractions
such as negative words, negative pictures and posts, we loose focus. If
you're constantly reading negative comments on social medias for
example comments filled with negativity -Life is too stress -I feel so
dead
These are comments of distractions
2. Know your limit
Don't overdo a particular thing, staying glued to your phone all day
without being impacted is something you should avoid, you can't talk
all day about soccer and the next day you are going to write an exam,
always do things in a way you won't loose your focus.
3. Exercise regularly
Exercises helps your brain not only to focus but to keep the memory
active. You can play games such as scrabble and mind games they would
help you focus better
4. Read with Purpose
Always read books with the notion to improve yourself, reading good story lines and plots is not a bad idea, but reading books inline with your career will help you improve your skills
5. Associate with great minds
Find friends who are more intelligent in your field of study, join them in studying, ask questions wherever you find difficulty, always listen to what they have to say.
